I think choices are bad… Why? because choices leads to regret, regret gives rise to frustration, and frustration breeds conflict and conflict will soon become chaos…

Let me illustrate, suppose u have the choice between marrying two girls. So after much thought, u decide to marry girl A. But after the honeymoon, u reallise that girl A wasn’t actually what u expected her to be. So u will start to feel regret… "Why din’t i marry girl B?”, "Why did i marry this insensitive clod?"…. So, you start to feel angry with yourself for making such a bad decision. Later, u reallise that girl B still has feelings for you and you start to have an affair with her. Then later girl A reallises what you were doing and beats the stuffing out of you, throwing your marriage into chaos…

Compared to the scenario of matchmaking, you get married to a girl whom you never even met before, but you are forced to marry her regardless of her looks or personalities. You’d most probably accept it as fate and learn to love her regardless of her flaws.

Hence, im saying that its better if you dont know what you’ve missed rather then know what you have missed after u have missed it. Besides, having no choice is better because u dont have to go throught the trouble of decision making… Haha…
